UFC Stockholm features the 12-fight bill on June 2 (AEDT). MMA event on ESPN+ takes place at Ericsson Globe with light heavyweights Alexander Gustafsson and Anthony Smith battling it out in the headliner of the show. At the official weigh-in ceremony conducted a day before, all fighters successfully made the required limit.
The representative of the country-host, Swede Alexander Gustafsson tipped the scales at 205. American mixed martial artist Anthony Smith weighed-in at 206.
The co-main event was expected to see former UFC Light Heavyweight title challenger Volkan Oezdemir up against Ilir Latifi. The contest fell off due to back injury of the latter. “The bout will not be replaced, and the card at Stockholm’s Ericsson Globe will proceed with 12 bouts,” reads UFC statement.

The new co-main event features another battle at light heavyweight between Jimi Manuwa and Aleksandar Rakic. Stepping on the scales both fighters declared 205.
The main card also includes a featherweight matchup between Makwan Amirkhani and Chris Fishgold. Both athletes weighed-in at 145.
In addition, Damir Hadzovic was 155 for his lightweight showdown with Christos Giagos, who showed the same. Daniel Teymur and Sung Bin Jo came in at 145 for their featherweight matchup, which launches the main card.
