Domination 5: “Carnage” Corbett vs. Pavel Zhuravlev
Domination Muay Thai 5 took place at Herb Graham Recreation Centre in Mirrabooka (Perth) WA on September 17, 2010. The event followed the previous show produced in March, which saw John Wayne Parr and Dmitry Valent battling it out for WKN World Middleweight title.
Nathan Corbett and Pavel Zhuravlev headlined Domination 5 squaring off in the scheduled for five rounds championship bout. The event marked the first time when “Elbow Master” competed in Western Australia challenging for WKN World Heavyweight title. The contest ended in the fourth round in favor of “Carnage” who scored the win by knockout with knee to the body, after dominating his opponent with a series of devastating elbow strikes.
Mitch Seth vs Loris Audoui
The co-headline bout at Domination Muay Thai 5 saw an intercontinental clash between Australian Mitch Seth and Loris Audoui of Guadeloupe. The contest went in history as the first time when the representative of Caribbean competed on Australian soil.
The scheduled for five rounds lightweight encounter under oriental rules went the distance. The local fighter was awarded the victory by split decision.
Reece McAllister vs Toby Smith
Among other bouts featured on the card, Toby Smith faced Reece McAllister of England. The super lightweights went toe to toe during five rounds of Muay Thai. The verdict heard the latter taking the win by a split decision.
