Muay Thai promotion “Thai Fight” visits northeast Thailand on August 24. The event takes place at Montatip Hall, UD Town Mall in Udon Thani featuring a series of bouts with local and international competitors.

The list of fighters representing the country-host has been announced this week. Famed Saenchai, 38, has been confirmed for the event, leading Team Thailand (via Instagram).
In his previous outing late June in Betong Saenchai scored a three-round unanimous decision against Argentine Cristian Pastore. In addition he updated his record to 310-49-2. He is riding the 47-win streak since November 2014.
Over the course of his career Saenchai won a prestigious Lumpinee Boxing Stadium Championship in four different weight classes, as well as a number of world titles. His resume includes the wins against Singdam Kiatmuu9, Liam Harrison, Superbon Banchamek, Fabio Pinca, among others.
The likes of Saensatharn, Chanajon and Samingdej have been also announced for Thai Fight Udon Thani.
This year “Thai Fight” celebrates its tenth anniversary. Established in 2010, the promotion has held two seasons of knockout tournaments in Thailand, and a number of international events in Asia and Europe. The upcoming televised event is dedicated to help promote tourism in Udon Thani.
The fight card is expected to see the scheduled for three rounds bouts in Muay Thai and Kard Chuek, where instead of boxing gloves the rope is used around hand and forearm.
