WLC: King of Nine Limbs weigh-in results

Dave Leduc and Seth Baczynski battle it out for a vacant World Lethwei Championship Cruiserweight title tonight (August 2) in Myanmar. The pair headlines the bareknuckle fight card billed as “WLC: King of Nine Limbs”. The event takes place at Mandalar Thiri Indoor Stadium in Mandalay live on Canal+ and UFC Fight Pass.

At the weigh-in ceremony conducted on Thursday, lethwei openweight champion Leduc tipped the scales at 82.74 kg. UFC Veteran Seth Baczynski weighed-in at 83.29 kg.

The co-main event features a light middleweight championship bout between the current titleholder Artur Saladiak and challenger Sasha Moisa. Stepping on the scales the defending champion showed 70.6 kg. The contender was 70.64 kg.

Also on the card, Mite Yine declared 57 kg for his featherweight bout against Otop Sathianmuaythai Gym, who was 56.46 kg. In addition, Souris Manfredi and Eh Yanut weighed-in at 53.8 kg and 54 kg, respectively, for their bantamweight encounter, which kicks off the women’s class in the WLC.

The scheduled on the main card lightweight bout between Htet Naing Aung and Sai Maung Maung, and the preliminary bantamweight matchup between Paing Thet Aung and Aung Paing, have been cancelled “due to medical reason”, the promotion reported (via Facebook). The event proceeds with seven outings.
