Two more international fight shows have been added to the World Kickboxing Network event calendar for the rest of 2019. End of next month prestigious governing visits Hungary, preceding a return to Spain scheduled for October 19. The roster includes national and European championship bouts, respectively.
The event in Hungary is headlined by super heavyweight David Mihajlov. In his previous outing this past June in Seoul, he stopped South Korean K-1 and Pride veteran Choi Hong-man in the first round. The name of his opponent, as well as the exact date and place are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.

Hungary is also known as the country-host of the third episode of Simply the Best produced in 2015 in Budapest.
The event in Spain takes place in the city-capital, Madrid. It follows a recently produced “Fight for Glory” in Badalona, which saw Antonio Campoy earning WKN European Lightweight title by unanimous decision against Daniel Ghercioiu.

The upcoming show features WKN European championship in the welterweight class. Representing Spain Nacho Menen takes on a yet to be named opponent in the scheduled for five rounds title fight in oriental kickboxing (K-1 style).
The next on the World Kickboxing Network event calendar is a return to South American capital of kickboxing – Argentina, presenting the third edition of Estrellas de Acero (Steel Stars, Eng.). The event is held on September 2 (AEST) in Morón, Buenos Aires, featuring a series of amateur bouts in Full Contact, light contact, kickboxing (low kick) and MMA.
