The upcoming “Fight Weekend” brings us as many as five world-class events on September 28 (Sep. 29 AEST). The roster includes three kickboxing promotions and two MMA shows in Europe and USA.
The World Kickboxing Network presents a duo of championship events on European soil simultaneously. Jan Szajko and Ougo Huet square off in the headliner of Kickboxtempel Ingolstadt in Ingolstadt, Germany, battling it out for WKN World Super Bantamweight title. The contest is held back to back with Salgo Fight Night in Salgótarján, Hungary, where David Mihajlov and Bakai Merse challenge for WKN Hungarian Heavyweight strap.
Belgian kickboxer Ougo Huet is scheduled for the biggest fight of his career.

The Ultimate Fighting Championship returns to Europe with UFC on ESPN+ 18 held in Copenhagen, Denmark. The fight night is headlined by a middleweight battle between Jack Hermansson and Jared Cannonier.
The conclusion of a five-event schedule in one day takes place in Inglewood, CA, USA, where Bellator 228 launches World Grand Prix in the featherweight class. In the main event two-weight champion Patricio “Pitbull” Freire defends his 145-pound strap against against Juan Archuleta.
