Federico Roma and Tristan Caetano squared off on October 1, 2017 in Moreno, Buenos Aires, Argentina. The contest featured Argentinian star up against prominent French competitor in the challenge for WKN World Super Bantamweight title in Muay Thai.

The championship bout headlined kickboxing series Simply the Best 15 Moreno. The pair went a full five-round distance, putting on a spectacular display of European and South American Muay Thai schools.

The verdict heard a unanimous decision in favor of the representative of the country-host. Furthermore, Federico Roma became WKN champion in two styles, previously earning the belt in oriental kickboxing against former champion Tomasz Makowski.

In his previous outing this past July Federico Roma (64-4-1, 32 KO) made a victorious comeback, scoring the win by knockout in the second round against Darwin Saavedra. “The Little Big Man” has recently joined ONE Championship, and is expected to make his debut in the near future.

Tristan Caetano rebounded from the defeat against Roma, scoring a series of wins back in Europe. In his next bout on November 24 in Farciennes, the French challenger takes on Belgian Gaetano Pirrello. The pair battles it out for WKN European Super Featherweight title in Muay Thai.
