GLORY 72 Chicago features Petpanomrung Kiatmuu9 in defense of his lightweight kickboxing title against Alexei Ulianov in their second bout. The event takes place at Wintrust Arena in Chicago, IL on November 23, following GLORY 71: Meksen vs. Van Soest 3 held a day earlier.

The lineup for the upcoming show has now been completed. Previously announced light heavyweight Fraser Weightman is no longer featured on the card. A new co-main event has been slotted between featherweights Kevin VanNostrand and Anvar Boynazarov.

The addition features Chris Camozzi up against Ryot Waller, squaring off at light heavyweight. The contest kicks off the Super Fight Series part of the program.

Four bouts have been added to the preliminary card. Among the matchups, Tom Matlon faces John King at heavyweight, and Nathan Ward takes on Justin Greskiewicz at featherweight. In addition, Stephanie Skinner goes up against a newly-signed Muay Thai fighter Selina Flores at super bantamweight, and Ben Acosta and Sovankesa Som do battle at featherweight.
