The contest tops the fight card titled “Edge of Greatness”. Both main event competitors successfully passed the hydration test and made weight.
The champion tipped the scales at 65.8 kg. The challenger was 65.2 kg. The championship bout is scheduled for five rounds.
The co-main event is a three-round lightweight MMA battle between Amir Khan and Ev Ting. The athletes weighed-in at 77.05 kg and 77.1 kg, respectively.
Also on the main card, Troy Worthen came in light, showing 65.35 kg for his 68.5 kg catchweight Muay Thai bout against Chen Lei, who was 68.45. In addition, Rahul Raju showed 78.85 kg for his MMA encounter at lightweight with Furqan Cheema, who declared 80.95 kg.
