World Kickboxing Network returns to Poland & Germany

Two events have been added to the World Kickboxing Network event calendar for the rest of 2019. The organization announced its return to Poland and Germany with a series of national title bouts.

Octagon No Mercy

Polish city Ostrow Wielkopolski accommodates the event titled “Octagon No Mercy – Art of Legends”, joining this Fight Weekend on November 23. The headline-bout features a pair of super heavyweights, Damian Laszuk and Arkadiusz Welna, battling it out for the national strap in oriental kickboxing. The championship supervisor is Cezary Podraza.

The previous event in Poland was produced in June, when Girl Power presented the final episode of women’s kickboxing contest in Bedzin. Before that the organization visited a number of places, including Zawiercie, Katowice, Warsaw.

X’ite Fight Night 7

German city Trittau is a host of the seventh edition of annual “X’ite Fight Night”. The event features Melvin Schultz up against Kevin Schotz in WKN German welterweight championship in the pro-amateur class. The championship supervisor is Klaus Hagemann.

Two recent shows in Germany took place in Wolgast and Ingolstadt. The latter marked the return of kickboxing World Championship to the country, when Jan Szajko faced Ougo Huet in a five-round super bantamweight title fight.

This Sunday (Nov. 24) World Kickboxing Network presents two events on two different parts of the world in one day. Belgium accommodates the annual “La Nuit des Titans” in Farciennes, while Argentina continues the series of national rating tournaments “Estrellas de Acero” in Ireneo Portela, Buenos Aires.
