You might have watched this Muay Thai tutorial by John Wayne Parr covering the jumping scissor knee technique from a few years back. Here is the execution of this spectacular action in the real fight.

Bryan Lang (42-10, 19 KO) of France and Nicola Canu (26-7, 4 KO) of Italy squared off in the WKN European super featherweight kickboxing championship this past Saturday (Dec. 7) in Baccarat, France. The contest headlined “Cristal Boxing Event #4”.

Both competitors started strong from the opening seconds of the fight. Yet, Lang executed, not one, but a series of jumping scissor knee technique, dropping his opponent to the canvas several times. After the final strike landed the referee opened the eight count, but almost immediately waved the fight off, declaring the win by knockout in favor of the local fighter.
